Starting in 2003 he joined Building Civil and Environmental Engineering and in 2004 the Electrical and Computer Engineering Departments of Concordia University from Montreal as postdoctoral fellowship and academic researcher assistant. Also in 2004 he joined the GlobVision Artificial Intelligence Department company from Montreal, as senior researcher in aerospace, military, agriculture and automotive hybrid electric vehicles modeling, identification, control and simulations, state and parameter estimation, fault detection and isolation.
In 2007 he received the honorific position as an associate professor to join the Building Civil and Environmental Engineering Department of Concordia University. He presently serves on the editorial board as guest editor and reviewer of “Advance in Science, Technology and Engineering Systems” (ASTEJ), the International Journal, voluntary reviewer at Asian Journal Control, “Energy” Switzerland Journal, IEEE Transactions in Electronics and in Aerospace fields, and American Control Conferences (ACC).
